hi, im sorry this doesnt have much to do with brand new, but it does in a way

i ordered and shirt off their website, an international order, but its been waywayway over a month and the order status is still the same..

has anyone else ordered a tee-shirt and not recieved it yet?

im sorry if this annoys anyone, im just really excited about getting the shirt, and i hopeing nothing is wrong

I've never had this problem. Then again, I've never had an international order. Call maybe?

maybe its because you're international, but mine was shipped in a week and arrived 13 days later.

I've never had that problem either (but still, not an international order)

For a shirt it shouldn't take that long. I remember I ordered a lot once and it took about a month, month and a half to ship. You'll probably get it any day now.

I ordered a bag, from the brand new merch, & it was dispatched & recived within about 5/6 weeks. It was shipped to the UK, i'm not sure how international you are, but thats how long mine took.

i got an international order (to sweden) and it got here in less than a week. i was so impressed.
you should definitely call them

I bet everythings fine. There's really no certain amount of time it takes. I ordered a Brand New dvd and it took like 3 weeks and I ordered a Glassjaw shirt and it took like 6 weeks and I live near Toronto in Ontario, which is pretty close to New York, which is where the merch I ordered came from. Just be patient. :)

K i realise this is moonths old, but i did end up buying the t-shirt, over a month ago too, and it still hasn't come. how long did it take for you to get yours in the end?
my dad wants to cancel the payment. i wont let him.
